Message from Catherine Baggs, Founder/Artistic Director:
Aries In Flight was established to enable dancers and performers to learn, create, and explore their craft in a safe, judgement free environment. It is my firm belief that to have a successful career, you must have a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Dance and the arts are more than just skills that you learn; they allow each individual to expose themself to a powerful experience to create confidence, discipline, community, and self-love. Whether you are looking to dance for fun or professionally, let Aries In Flight lead you on your holistic dance journey!
“I believe in being fearless. Once you let go of all the negative thoughts and stop worrying that others will judge you, life will become one giant ball of success.”
